Easter 2017

The Easter holidays are a stressful time if you’re a student. You want to be at home relaxing and spending time with family but you really have 3000 assignments and exams to be revising for. 

Despite my two assignments and three exams, I still managed to have a super lovely Easter, balancing work (at a cafe), uni work, family, friends and the boyf. 

It’s important to get that good balance but also know that you’re still getting on with the uni (or college or school may I add!!) work you should be doing. 

Easter is a time for relaxation, chocolate and good food. Being vegetarian, my Easter lunch consisted of the best roast veggies (parsnips and potatoes) and this homemade puff pastry tart, topped with pesto, tomatoes and feta.

There was no Easter egg hunt (boo hoo!) however we did get a super exciting range of chocolates! 

I hope you all had lovely Easter holidays. Bring it on summer!
